Great quiet corner room

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was good value for money. We liked rooms with heating.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

incredible hotel with private parking and magnificent location with the buena vista forum shopping mall. location not far from restaurants and/ bars and a shopping center and a combo train station, metro and bus stops. delicious food in the restaurants such as la bulla, located 10 min away.

I loved the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable, and the hotel's proximity to Parque Alameda Central and the fine Palacio de Bellas Artes was perfect for my weekend city strolls.

The cleanliness is questionable!!! The floors in the room and bathroom need serious attention. No connecting rooms for families or group travelers!!! The area can be quite noisy with traffic, not the best for relaxation.

The location is fantastic, just steps from a shopping mall and public transport. The corner room provided a quiet retreat with an excellent view, while the efficient design maximized space and comfort. Noise from the surrounding area can interrupt the tranquility, and there were minor cleanliness issues that detracted from the otherwise comfortable stay.

I had a great experience with the food—it was delicious and varied, especially the breakfast buffet. My room was spacious and well-equipped, but the cleanliness could use some improvement as the tiles had some marks from previous guests. I would definitely come back again for the fantastic dining options.

The location is fantastic with lots of cultural activities nearby. We loved visiting the Chapultepec area and exploring the history of the Mexican Revolution at a local museum. The room was clean and had a great city view. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

One thing to note is that we were disappointed there were no connecting rooms, which would have been ideal for our group. We found the area a bit noisy during the night.
